This change reflects our evolution and commitment to evidence-based credentialing while expanding our reach beyond case managers and disability management specialists to include other client advocacy professionals. By providing training, education, and certification, we will continue to excel in preparing a future-ready workforce that is guided by a person-centered code of conduct.
